......I think I have one of the best jobs in education today. As the Chief School Administrator of the Stone Harbor Elementary School, I serve as both the Superintendent and the Principal. In this dual capacity I am able to interact with the students, staff and parents on a daily basis. ..................................................................................................................................... ......The fact that we are a small elementary school enables our staff to know everyone as an individual. A school enrollment of less than 100 students, a superb instructional staff, together with a committed Board of Education and parents that are willing to make education a priority for each of their children, this is what makes Stone Harbor Elementary School UNIQUE!! |
I Believe:
Every student can be a successful learner;
maybe not in the same way or at the same rate as other students.
Setting high goals and expectations for
all students and staff members is good for our school
organization.
Continuous professional development is an
indicator of a healthy school climate.
Our staff members and students must learn
how to utilize technology effectively to increase learning.
We must maximize our community's revenues
and utilize our educational resources wisely.
